Mid America Motorplex will be auctioned of on November 23rd. This is your chance to buy the track and host all kinds of jalop events - I am thinking about Miata and Panther cups.
While the track looks rather flat some nice sweeping corners can be seen. The downside is that it's located somewhere in the nowhere: Pacific Junction, Iowa. But given you have some fun cars you could be easily entertained enough for one year on the 2.23 mile road course. And the price? Well, right now the highest bid is 355k $ (or 16 V6 Mustangs) with 7 days left to go. NPoCP?

NP - no way you could build a track for anywhere close to that amount (although who knows what the closing bid will be). I know it's in BFE but so are lots of tracks that are run profitably. Man, owning a track would be a blast.
